Transparent water reducing admixture

An innovative admixture for the precast concrete industry (Dry and Semi-dry concrete). The admixture is based on a blend of polymers that reduces the amount of water needed in the concrete mix, increase the concrete compaction and improve its strengths. This admixture is used in architectural concrete and colored concrete

  • Color: Dark Brown
  • Density: 1.18 ± 0.03
  • pH Value: 4.5 ± 1.0
  • Chloride free

Dosage

  • Recommended dosage is 0.8% - 1.5% (% wt. of the cement). The dosage might vary per the specific mix (Please consult our technical department).

Application

  • To maximize the admixture effective, the admixture should be added after mixing all the other materials with 70% of the water, with the last 30% of the water.

Storage

  • Shelf life: 12 months
  • Recommended storage conditions: store the admixture in sealed dark tanks, located in a shaded area, out of direct exposure to the sun.
